This Privacy Policy explains how Yomi Agency (yomiagency.in) handles information when you use this website. We keep data collection to a minimum.

Information we collect

  • Contact form. If you use the form on the contact page, you provide your name, phone number, email address, the option you select (Yomi Host, Yomi Agency or General Question) and your message. As shipped, the form validates in the browser and does not transmit data anywhere; if a form service or backend is connected later, those fields would be sent to it.
  • WhatsApp. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number, profile name and the messages you send. WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs that platform.
  • Server logs. Standard web hosting may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. This is common to almost all websites and is used for security and troubleshooting.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data.

How we use information

  • To reply to your enquiry and help you with Yomi Host or Yomi Agency registration.
  • To distinguish host enquiries from agency enquiries (this is the only reason the pre-filled WhatsApp messages differ).
  • To keep the website secure and working correctly.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Messages you send us (by form service, if connected, or WhatsApp) are kept only as long as needed to help you and for our records, then deleted on request or in the normal course.
